Parent Checklist
To ensure your child is prepared for the mountain environment, please check you have all clothing named and please ensure your child has the following:
- Woollen clothing
- Windproof and waterproof jacket
- Sunglasses or goggles
- High factor sunscreen
- Warm gloves and hat
- Lip cream
- Handkerchief
- Extra change of clothing
- Extra pair of woollen socks to change into at the end of the day
Food
- Packed lunch
- Plenty of drink
- Fruit or snacks
Mount Dobson cafeteria offers hot pies, sandwich packs, filled rolls, hot/cold drinks etc.
Because of the altitude, cold temperatures and energy expended, it is very important that the students eat and drink plenty during the day. If at any time during the day you have any problems contact our snow hostess for assistance.
